About the Principal Consultant

Leigh Solomon Pugliano is an experienced strategist helping to scale established social businesses, creative entrepreneurs, and nonprofit organizations. Leigh provides organizational development support through consulting, strategic planning, and the development and implementation of initiatives specifically designed to elevate entrepreneurs, community projects, and organizations to increase their impact and move towards sustainability. Leigh has facilitated various professional development workshops for nonprofit organizations including; diversity equity & inclusion, program development, strategic planning, measurement & evaluation, and principles of collective impact. Program design work includes; The Full Circle Nonprofit Accelerator, Activate the Arts Artist Residency, and The GROW Residency program for women founders & leaders. Leigh has the ability to lead leaders and inspire and affect cross-sector collaboration.
